Action-packed

I was awakened by an incoming message this morning. "Is everything ok? You haven't been blogging."

It's from my friend EE who is now in Shanghai on business. I assured her I'm fine, just a little too busy to blog.

See, it has been an action-packed week. I brought my Korean guest to Sentosa on Thursday morning. By the time we finished lunch, I had to rush to the yard to inspect some containers, get some work done at the office and then meet CH for dinner. The night ended late and I was too exhausted to do anything.

Friday, being labour day holiday, was spent meeting friends. Petunia Lee, who reads my blog, visted my parent's farm. She's such a charming lady who loves the rustic countryside, so I was more than pleased to show her around and ply her with home grown fruits and vegetables. She's such an appreciative guest!

We had a party at my place in the evening. Fry and kaye (blog readers) , ST's family and CH all brought food/wine/dessert to the party. We had a blast. Rusty was pampered by everybody the entire day.

Today's a Saturday that feels like a Sunday. We're going to the fish farm soon and then we're picking the kid's granny up for a belated YK's birthday celebration. Then it is back to my parent's place for dinner. My brothers are bringing a cake for mum's birthday.

Looks like another outdoorish kind of day for me. Meanwhile, I had better go walk Rusty. He looks like he really needs his morning walk now. And it's almost noon!
