I made an extra one for the kids, and they ate up the whole thing while I was at the party!
Petunia - I wanted to make a lattice at the top but I made the mistake of leaving the butter outside the fridge. So I had to work with a really soft mass of dough that couldn't be shaped. Finally I had to use a knife to spread the layer of dough on top of the apple filling to make a crust.
It was delicious!

Oh... all you gotta do is to chill the dough for about 20 minutes and it'll harden enough to be worked on. For next time then... it's a really easy pie and delish too.
