Home made bread

Ever since I have acquired the breadmaker, I've made several loaves of bread. This is almond bread, made using the recipe provided by Petunia.
I've replaced one cup of water with milk and the result is a soft and fluffy loaf. It smells good and I haven't tasted it yet but I know it's going to be as delicious as the one I ate at her house.

My bread isn't as tasty as yours. I think mine didn't rise enough. I used the wrong bottle of yeast. Instead of using the newly bought one, I used the old one which might no longer be active.

Dun worry... Experiment a bit more and you'll get something you like. The loaf you tried from me had only half the amount of almond flour you used. It's normal that mine was fluffier. The bread I eat daily is less fluffy because it has more almond flour.
