Our backyard

I'm always feel like I'm one of the luckiest girls in Singapore to live in such a lovely farming estate. We have a reservoir right in our backyard! This is such a rarity in our extremely land-scarce Singapore where every square inch of land is put to good use.

Hey a blogger near me! Passed onto your blog by the likes of FB! and others. Ya can blame them if ya want! Been to Singapore only once, but would LOVE to go back. Have work customers there... any excuse, only a hop..step..jump over the "river??"

Yeah, lucky is an understatement. If that reservoir is in your backyard then all I can say is, SWEEEEEEET! Do you own a canoe?

No David. The rangers come around in a speedboat to ensure that no-one fishes or fool around in the water.
