It's funny how life goes a full circle. When the kids were small, I taught them the alphabet and told them stories about monsters and dinosaurs. Now, the role has reversed.
YK has a habit of imparting his newly acquired knowledge to me. Because he is so enthusiastic, I try to be attentive and look intelligent. Today, he tried explaining quantum physics and parallel universes to me. Of course, everything was a blur, I could barely grasp the concept.
It makes me smile when I think of our knowledge transfer. I've taught him the easy stuff, now's my turn to learn from him. I could be getting smarter. It's not a bad deal after all.

Oh no. He's already addicted to Grey's Anatomy. He mustn't be addicted to another series!
That's funny... kids today learn really fast... it's the parents that are way behind the times...!
If he's so interested in Quantum Physics and parallel universe, he would definitely enjoy the sitcom Big Bang Theory.
He he he...and the role reversal gets even clearer when my parents get older and older.
