Oldies but goodies

I can't help but feel a little old today. While backing up my files, I found some holiday photos taken about 4 years ago when I was thinner and obviously younger.

SK and Ivan. Making funny faces.

With SK.

SK at Sentosa.

With the kids at Sentosa. We celebrated SK's birthday that day.

Best friend and I at a holiday chalet in Sentosa.

SK loved to 'catch and release' when he was younger.

Watching Ivan's butt.

See, I could fit into such a tiny top then!

Flaunting my crow's feet...with a little Hmong girl in Chiangmai last month.

Nice pictures. If I were to post any of my old pictures, they'd throw me in prison ... LOL! I look totally different to how I look these days. At least you still look the same ...

You still look fit and good la. Most importantly, the blur now has complete quite a few marathons leh!! Don't judge yourself by the kilos. Judge by how much stronger you are now in your inner self. How you can now take a constructive criticism with a gracious smile and a destructive criticism with a non-chalant shrug!

Hiya, it's one of those 'feel old' days. But no worries, I am back to feeling young again :-)

What a coincidence, on Friday my friend and I were going through my pictures that were taken four years ago. He told me how different I looked, how younger but then he added, that it's not that I look old but anyway, it suddenly hit me that I am four years older and yes, I am not as thin as I used to be and my hair looks a bit different now...I even found a white hair some days ago! How time flies!

Have a wonderful day!

I think you look lovely then and now.

I think it's easy to be too self critical when it comes to your own pictures, I know I am!

ah, the tiny tops. I thought mine were shrinking when I hit my mid-20s. had no idea I was slowly expanding. lol

Hi Wen, yah, it's fun looking back at old photos. Our looks will change and there's no turning back time. Just aim to age gracefully!

Thanks Amel! But we're our greatest critic.

Hey Soul. Many Asians appear younger because of the small built. The tropical humid weather probably helps too. You think Asians look young, we think the Caucasians look younger. It's all perspective! The grass always look greener on the other side.

Thanks World! Exactly! I know you would understand...

Hi Seagrape! So good to see you back! I used to grumble about my figure when I was in my 20s. Now, whenever I look at my old clothes, I wonder how I managed to fit into them. I have definitely expanded alot over the years!

I love looking at old pics. So many special memories. Which reminds me, I need to start taking some new ones. Well, maybe I'll wait until I move south. :)
