May Day brekkie

Spring Home frozen prata dough
Fresh dough being panfried
Fluffy pratas
Chicken curry
I made roti prata for breakfast this morning. Well, I didn't actually make the prata from scratch. Remember our last trip to Little India? We bought lots of stuff from Mustafa supermarket.

The Spring Home frozen prata is actually fresh dough which I had to panfry until they become nice and fluffy. Well, I had expected them to be already fried but still, cooking them was such a cinch, they were ready in no time at all.

I made curry using a premixed curry paste, adding in chicken, potatoes, tomatoes, onions and fresh chilli to enhance the taste.

That was brekkie in a quickie but oh so yummy!
