On most evenings, you will find me running in the fitness centre at the club. How did I end up being a member of the club? Well, my friend wanted to give up her membership but couldn't find a buyer for a long time. She didn't want to continue paying the monthly subscription fees.
Since the club is a stone's throw from my house, I took over her membership for a small fee. It's one of those things that landed on my lap... So, that's how she rid herself of a burden while I gained a place to workout.
The good thing is, unlike the other fitness clubs in town, the gym equipment here is often under-utilised which means that I don't have to wait around for my turn. Plus the view here is simply amazing!
The sun sets over the golf course in the evening.
Our neighbourhood is located across the river, beyond the golf course.
This is the view from my treadmill. If I am lucky, I can see bikini babes!
The Christmas decorations are up already.

Owwww.. beautiful sunset blurting! that pool is so inviting! Feel like to jump into the pool now!
Ah the place must be so pretty, decorated with Christmas theme as well... thanks for sharing this.
No wonder you are so fit :)
good for you. do some exercises for me!
nice pix too. i wish i could look out my window and see that. very serene.
how've ya been?
wow I envy you gal!! I often run at the Amore at Civic Centre in Woodlands. Overlooking HDB flats. It's boring to look at it for an hour or so while you are on threadmill.
Hey..I am feeling better today liao. Will really go run today. I have stopped for a week.
Can't wait for your shout box to be up.
wow BT, that is indeed a great view. I'd like to try out working out at the gym but I'd probably find it too boring. I need to feel the wind in my face when I run, the change of scenery and the ups and downs of hills and slopes. Guess I'm too mcuh of a road runner (beep, beep, pun intended ... LOL). But the gym's good for those rainy days :)
cool any bikini babes?
Trinity - yah, I do have the urge to jump into the pool after all that running!
MH - Kat is the one who gave up her membership cos the club moved to CCK which became too inconvenient for her. Can you believe the price of membership dropped so much, nobody wanted it. (except a cheapo like me :-)
Soul - OK, next time I'll think of you when I exercise :-)
Karen - glad to hear that you're well again. Take it easy on the treadmill since you've just recovered.
Nick - actually I prefer running outdoors too but since I run before dinner, it's better to run indoors where it is not that hot. I like running at the park during weekends. To be honest, I find it so boring running in the gym too!
JY - Hiaz, too bad there weren't any babes there yesterday. They usually go sunbathing during weekends.
I don't mind to be a cheapo too :)
In fact I thrive on being a cheapo haha :)
INCREDIBLE view indeed...must've been nice to see! ;-D
