Four days running

For four days running, I had been running everyday. The 15k run on 8 June kickstarted everything. From there on, I ran for about 30 minutes at the gym before dinner everyday.

It may sound like I'm over doing it but I find the regular jog immensely beneficial to my well-being. Maybe it is psychological, I am already feeling good all over. My body has stopped aching and the colour has returned to my cheeks. I'm in such a good mood, I didn't even frown when YK asked me to send him to and from the chalet last night. It's a long drive! After that, I slept like a baby throughout the night.

I'm not trying to make a runner out of everyone but I am not exaggerating when I say running is the best exercise ever! You don't need any special outfit, companion or equipment. Just get out there and run. if you can't run, then walk. Nobody's going to grade or judge you. Go see for yourself!

Listen to BT people. There is nothing better than running! :D

And I don't think you're overdoing it one bit la ... hehehe ...

I cannot think of anything else that could give me as great a satisfaction as running (well, there is one thing else but this is a family blog ... LOL)

Keep it BT!

I try walking my dog as frequent as I can and yeah, do feel good after that. But the sad thing is these days we lead such busy life so even something that doesn't take a lot of time is hard to "fit it in" sometimes.

CH - So high!

MH - It can be very fun you know. I think walking suits you better though because of your spine problems.

JY - I really should make you go on another dare, to get you started on running again!

Nick - You should know cos you're a runner too.

CKL - Ya, it's very hard to slot in the time for exercise sometimes. I have to make some changes to my work schedule so that I can squeeze in that 30 minutes for running.

That's why, it is so easy for me to just skip running when work gets too hectic.

Water - You're an inspiration to all runners!
