Furniture shopping

I wonder why I'm attracted to round objects. TV console on the left, coffee table on the right.

This morning, I made a quick jaunt to the furniture mall. These days I usually go without the kids because of their waning interest. I also discovered that furniture and architecture are not areas that interest CH, so I spare him the agony of looking at such inanimate objects with me.

Even for me, it's getting increasingly boring scouting around for furniture. They all begin to look somewhat similar. The more I see, the more confused I get. I wonder if other people feel this way too.

Oh well, the rain has stopped. It's just as boring sitting around. I'll go check out more stores now.

I think people also experience the same thing when they go furniture hunting. A friend of mine recently renovated her house and it took her SO MANY DAYS just to decide which kind of furniture and layout colours and stuff for the new look of her house.

Amel - Lucky for me, I don't have to do any renovations. Imagine coordinating the design and decor with contractors... I will die of exhaustion!

Fish - I don't mind the hard work but the expensive part...that hurts!

Haha, Mother. Food is the best therapy! If I eat, CH eats and the kids play computer games, then we will have a house with nothing inside!

CH - Don't you wish!
