It's the school holidays. When the kids awake from their slumber, they'll saunter into the kitchen to check what's in the magic wok.
I try to cook them something before I leave for work in the morning. It may sound like I am spoiling them but left to their own devices, they will probably end up cooking instant noodles or omelette.
With a few strokes of the spatula, I can easily whip up something that'll see them through breakfast and lunch. It's definitely healthier than instant noodles.

Aiyoo that looks yummy but I've stopped eating rice and now I feel like having fried rice for lunch ...
We had fried rice yesterday for dinner...but I would've like to have seen the pic of the vermicelli noodles! Ha ha... You're not spoiling... you're such a good mom....

JY - The kids said the noodles I cooked yesterday was very nice but I forgot to take any photos. I'm running out of ideas on what to cook for the rest of the week!
