Magic wok

It's the school holidays. When the kids awake from their slumber, they'll saunter into the kitchen to check what's in the magic wok.

Today, they'll find fried rice. Yesterday it was bee hoon (vermicelli noodles).

I try to cook them something before I leave for work in the morning. It may sound like I am spoiling them but left to their own devices, they will probably end up cooking instant noodles or omelette.

With a few strokes of the spatula, I can easily whip up something that'll see them through breakfast and lunch. It's definitely healthier than instant noodles.
