Three years ago, on this very same date, I went on my first date with CH. Prior to that, we had already been exchanging emails for sometime.
It was a hot Sunday afternoon when we met at the neighbourhood coffee place. I arrived in a lime green skirt and a black tank top while he came wearing a white polo tee, khaki shorts and his trademark grin. He wore that grin throughout the 'date' as I babbled on and on about my goofy adventures.
We were as different as night and day. He ordered ice blended mocha while I had a hot cafe latte. He was quietly charming while I did all the talking.
We parted ways soon after. He went to pick up some groceries while I hurried home to make dinner. He sent a sweet message that night thanking me for a most wonderful afternoon.
Three years on, he's still the same cool headed guy while I'm still the one with the temper. I've never seen anyone as constant as he is. He never loses his cool and is able to tolerate whatever nonsense I toss his way.
We're may be different but we complement each other in so many ways. Happy 3rd Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary!! It's nice to have Ying & Yang to complement each other in a relationship. I see that the seed planted three years back is really blossoming into something so effortlessly simple and sweet.

BTW, Ting & CH, you guys running in the coming midnight marathon or something happening end of this month? :-) Of course I am not up to it la! I saw some signs along the road yesterday and immediately thought of you guys.

Thanks guys. Well, I don't really have a temper but compared to a mild mannered person like him, I'm certainly no angel.
Water - Our friends are running but we're not. We haven't been training and somehow, we missed the registration deadline.Anyway, the lowest category is still a full marathon (42km) and we're not quite ready without adequate training.
HAPPY 3rd Anniversary!!! Reading about CH reminds me of my hubby. He's also such a cool-headed guy who never loses his cool. However, he likes his coffee hot, whereas I enjoy drinking either hot or cold coffee and he can't understand why cold coffee or espresso or whatever can be tasty hi hi hi hi hi...
