Practice Run

I was up at 5am to prepare breakfast for the kids before I left for my training run at a remote part of Changi. Here's what I cooked.

We had signed up for The Real Run hailed as the Ultimate X-Terrain Challenge on 19 October. Today's run is organised to familiarise participants with the route. We started off at 7.45am and ran through 10km of sandy trail, paved road and along the beach. Thank goodness the sun wasn't beating down on us today. It was a pretty good run I must say.
