Ya-Yas dreaming

My best friend and I are making a cycling trip in Loire Valley, France in early September but we've been too busy with work to talk about the details.

I dreamt last night that I was searching desperately for my passport while the plane was about to take off to Paris. I woke up this morning, reminding myself to draw up a checklist.

Just then, my best friend called. She had a scary dream last night. She was scrambling about, looking for her passport minutes before our plane leaves for Mauritius where we were going to run in a marathon.

So we were regaling with laughter over our similar dreams. Isn't it uncanny how similar our dreams were last night? Maybe it's because we're like the Ya-Ya sisters. We've been friends since we were 6 and have developed a bond of deep, abiding friendship that prevails through thick and thin.

Whatever it is, it won't be so funny if we missed our flight in reality. Yup, it's time we make that packing list!

I totally believe in that stuff, Blur. I think we bond at some ...psychic... level with certain friends and family members. Definitely parents and children, no matter what.
