Continuity - a continuation

Roses in my garden.
It's funny, now that I have mentioned about the continuity of the farm, I have brought out the farmer in some of my best pals.

Mother Hen, for one, has offered to join me if I become a farmer. When I was discussing about this with my best friend, she got all excited. Apparently it has always been her hubby's dream to retire in a farm, though they have completely no idea what they intend to grow. "Please consider sub-leasing the farm to us when you're ready to do so!" she implored.

I have always loved living in a farm and would gladly spend my retirement plodding about in the yard. Whether it is grooming roses or cultivating mushrooms, I'll be a happy camper.

The kids and I love to visit this organic vegetable farm called Bollywood Veggies. It's run by a high-profile couple in Singapore who ditched the corporate world for an idyllic life in the countryside. Today Ivy and Ho Seng have turned a barren piece of land into a picturesque farm where they grow organic vegetables and fruit trees, complete with fishponds and a lovely spice garden. Truly inspiring!

Anyone else interested to become farmers?

Haha, you went to look at their menu! I'm sure you'll like this place. Next time I'll take photos when I visit and put it on my blog.
