Ta da!

I was trying on my newly acquired Indian outfit just to make sure it fits well for the Bollywood party. Guess what? It's green. Somehow if I have to choose something other than black and white, I always gravitate towards this colour.

I fell in love with this piece when I first saw it. That was after prowling through the racks of many stores. Thank goodness CH was with me. I was on the verge of giving up when we decided to try this final one before calling it a day. Unlike the other shops, this boutique carries many contemporary or so called 'fusion' pieces. After seeing so many traditional Indian dresses that day, I still prefer something simple and casual.

When I asked YK to take a picture, he said (rolling his eyes), "Wah lao. Your bindi isn't even straight!"

Yup, I even bought the bindi (forehead decoration) to complete the Bollywood look. Well, here's a peek at the Indian tunic. Even Rusty thinks mummy is so vain.

A closer look at the shimmery details.
