Hi Petunia - I brown some garlic in olive oil, add chopped tomatoes, fry a bit, add seafood and then some pasta sauce (from the bottle) roughly chopped spring onions and black pepper before serving.
Can you hear my stomach growling all the way there? LOL! Looks absolutely delicious :D
