JY - It was quite funny. He set up his laptop on the top of the stove so that he could refer to the online recipe while whisking and baking.
Petunia - Well, he used my mixer to whip the egg whites, so I guess it wasn't that hard.
MH - Yup, the lemon custard is so tangy and nice. I am salivating as I write.
