Dog tired

Yesterday I wrote about growing old and how nothing much has changed. Actually I need to take it all back. Something has changed. Why do I feel so darn tired all the time? Sometimes I wonder if something is wrong with my health.

I'm like a zombie this morning. I am so lifeless and drained that all I can think of is to drive straight home and plop onto my bed. Yah, it's that bad. But I can't just do that, I have work to do. Besides, SK will be having tuition here after school which mean I can't leave the office until 4pm. I have almost 6 more hours to go...

Sorry EE, I have to cancel our dinner plans. My heart is willing but my body is weak. And my mouth is sore and swollen.

Ting,

You ok? So many ulcers is worrying. You have seen a doctor for this? Maybe some cooling herbal tea would help. Or maybe your body is just crying to you to take a break?

Water - The ulcers is the result of me bumping my face against the glass door. The broken upper lip has turned into huge ulcers. Because my mouth cannot close properly now, I am getting too heaty, so more new ones popped up on the tongue.

Did you gargle Listerine often? That is really really painful. But really really helps. Gargle in the mouth for some time even if you feel stinging pain.

Yes, I have gargled. SO painful until tears roll down. Actually just have to go through the entire healing process. It us probably at the most painful stage now. Will be ok in a day or two.

Why not go for a full body check up since your body is so uncomfy?
There is a powder for ulcers which my hubs bought before from chinese pharmacy, rather effective. He cant recall the name now. You may wanna check it out from the shop.

The weather is partly the cause I can see cos I'm always feeling so lethargic too. Drink more herbal tea & boil some barley water or chestnut drink :)

Take care :)
