Oh dear, I'm SO sorry, Ting! :-((( You can upload pics to photobucket for example and then upload them to blogger by inserting the URLs.
I don't have a solution I'm afraid but I hope you can sort it out soon. I want to see those pictures!
Thanks guys. I discovered it is a browser problem. I have this problem with Firefox but it's fine with IE. So I'll revert to using IE when I have photos to upload.
